EULA – Biometric Device Serial Number Finder Tool

Thank you for choosing to use our extension (“Extension”), Biometric Device Serial Number Finder Tool (“Tool”). This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) governs your use of the Tool. By installing or using the Tool, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Tool.

Ownership

The Tool and all intellectual property rights therein are and shall remain the exclusive property of NSK Multiservices. Nothing in this EULA shall be construed to transfer any ownership rights to you.

Disclaimer of Warranty

The Tool is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. NSK Multiservices does not warrant that the Tool will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NSK Multiservices be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Tool.

Governing Law
