Refund Policy

1. Overview
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for PincodePro subscriptions and one-time purchases.
2. Subscription Plans
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused days within a billing cycle.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions cancelled within 7 days of the initial purchase or renewal date are eligible for a full refund, provided API usage during that period has not exceeded 1,000 requests. Cancellations after 7 days are not eligible for a refund; access continues until the end of the annual period.
3. Free Trial
If your plan includes a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial without incurring any charge.
4. One-Time Purchases
One-time data exports or bulk credit purchases are non-refundable once the download or credits have been delivered.
5. Eligible Refund Circumstances
Refunds outside the standard policy may be considered in the following situations:
- Duplicate charges caused by a billing error on our part
- Charges made after a confirmed cancellation request
- Extended service outages (more than 72 consecutive hours) that we are unable to resolve
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email billing@pincodepro.in with the subject line "Refund Request — [your registered email]". Please include:
- Your registered email address
- Order or transaction ID
- Reason for the refund request
We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
7. Non-Refundable Items
- Setup or onboarding fees
- Consumed API credits or request quotas
- Charges for add-on services already rendered
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
