1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PincodePro's website, APIs, or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. API Usage

• API access is subject to the request limits defined in your subscription plan.
• You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute raw API data without written permission.
• Automated scraping of the web interface is prohibited.
• You are responsible for keeping your API keys confidential.

3. Data Accuracy

Pincode data is sourced from India Post and validated through our proprietary pipeline. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all data is error-free. See our Disclaimer.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are issued at our discretion for unused periods.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, and compiled datasets are the intellectual property of PincodePro. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the API outputs for your own applications.

6. Limitation of Liability

PincodePro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
